Renowned Hallberg-Rassy 352, good sailing characteristics with several innovations. The HR352 of which over 800 have been built is a hugely popular vessel for the sailor looking for a solid and comfortable sailing yacht. The center cockpit is sheltered and adds to the comfort at sea, the winches are all within easy reach of the helmsman and the semi-fixed spray hood provides a comfortable sitting/working area. The port locker is deep and spacious where a lot fits in, the gangways foredecks are wide and free of obstacles, on the bow is an electric anchor winch. The interior is comfortable with directly to starboard is the L-shaped galley with ample storage cabinets, gimballed 3-burner stove with oven and sink and running w/k water. To port is the navigation nook with lots of drawers/cabinets and classic marifones. Also here is access to the engine room and the "owners cabin with the typical Hallberg-rassy bed on both sides so that even under incline there is always a good sleeping place, ideal for when you have a longer passage. The saloon has double longitudinal benches with storage space behind the folding backrest which can also be used as a sea bed, in the bow is a lockable toilet with holding tank and wet cell and double V-bed with again an awful lot of storage space. The fact that Koopmans designs are praised among departures is not for nothing. The cockpit is sheltered and the ship is designed very robust, special detail is the kevlar reinforced bow and ow. ship for ice sailing. The ship was originally built in 1980 and launched in 1985. In 2004 she underwent a major and complete refit. She is a picture to behold, however, there are some points which her new owner should take into account such as a corroding foot rail. However, this is easily accessible below deck for disassembly.
