Consumer-friendly HISWA general conditions
Consumers who deal with HISWA-certified yacht brokers do so under the agreements included in the HISWA general conditions.
Only HISWA-certified companies with a HISWA-RECRON membership can (and must) use these conditions. This compulsory use is an immediate sign of consumer-friendliness.
Compulsory use
Every HISWA company is compelled to apply the consumer-friendly HISWA general conditions in contracts with consumers. This compulsory use alone makes them truly consumer-friendly.
