'Zonslag', the youngest member of the SL Boats family is a wonderful example of pure Dutch quality construction. Recently, this high-quality built houseboat rolled out of the shed, ready for her future owner who can choose from an internal combustion engine or fully electric sailing for motorization. The basis chosen is two compartmentalized stainless steel floats connected by a stainless steel intermediate box which form one solid whole. The stainless steel compartments are formed by machine, connected by a welding robot and inspected and squeezed per segment. The large aluminum window frames flood the interior with light, and the disc doors in both the living room and bedroom allow contact with the water at any time. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 2-burner induction hob, combination oven/microwave, hood and refrigerator. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower cabin, electric toilet and an electric designer radiator for towels. Hot water is readily available and is provided by an efficient 80 liter boiler, and also the indoor climate can be excellently regulated by a heat pump airco that can 'both heat and cool. In consultation you can choose a 'maritime package', with which you can add solar panels, (electric) motor(s), a steering system, a bow thruster and a railing on the outside. The Enksail Halcyon is a modern line of aluminum sailing yachts. In this design we incorporated all our experience and feedback from customers. For example, we are often told that there is a need for cooking with a view. From the Enksail Halcyon 50 it is possible to place the galley in the pilothouse. There even is a sinking window in the back of the pilothouse to create a connection between the galley and the life in the cockpit. Not only in the pilothouse, but also below deck there is sufficient light through big ports and large windows in the hull. A bed with ocean view? The Enksail makes it possible. Our yard has extensive experience in custom-built and will assist you with advice and assistance. A complete range has been developed from 45 to 80 feet.  The Enksail guarantees excellent sailing performance combined with a minimum of work for the crew. With the right tools you can easily sail the yacht alone or together. The most important lines are led from the mast to the cockpit in order to be able to sail as comfortably as possible. Moreover, there is a sufficient visibility inside the pilothouse which enable you to keep watch from inside while at sea: dry, comfortable and safe! Our Enksails are semi-custom. This means that you can leave your mark in terms of styling and layout. The interior can be tailored to your wishes, adjusted to the number of people abourd and where you’ll be sailing.
