De Catalina 320 welke wij mogen aanbieden namens haar 2e eigenaar heeft altijd een vaste ligplaats gehad op zoet water en dat is terug te zien in de algehele staat van bijvoorbeeld dekluiken, afsluiters etc. De cockpit is vrij van bewegende delen en daardoor erg geschikt voor (jonge) gezinnen of een ouder echtpaar. In de hekstoel is een uitsparing voor een zit, tevens is de gehele kuip voorzien van kuipkussens. In 2018 is er een Vetus 60Kgf boegschroef geplaast waardoor manoeuvreren nog eenvoudiger is. De gangboorden zijn wijd en vrij van obstakels waar naar het voordek toegelopen kan worden. Op de boeg is een elektrische ankerlier. Het interieur is ruim en overzichtelijk, door de vele raampartijen komt er veel natuurlijk licht binnen wat het ruimtelijk gevoel versterkt. Aan bakboord een royaal kombuis voorzien van een grote bovenlader koelkast, cardanisch fornuis met oven en 2 diepe RVS spoelbakken met stromend warm/koud water. Aan Stuurboord is de entree naar de eigenaarshut, hier is kastruimte en een boekenplank. Hier word overdwars geslapen op de luxe matrassen en is van flink formaat. Tegenover het kombuis is de natte cel geplaatst met toilet, douche en voorzien van vuilwater tank. De gezellige salon is voorzien van verlaagbare tafel welke getransformeerd kan worden tot extra slaapruimte voor 2 personen. In de boeg is een dubbel V-bed.
