Zowel technisch als optisch laat dit schip niks te wensen over. In 2021 heeft een bijzonder uitvoerige refit plaatsgevonden, waarbij kosten noch moeite zijn gespaard. Bij deze refit is de complete buitenbekleding vervangen en is het teak professioneel gereinigd, zijn beide koelkasten vernieuwd en is een nieuwe buitengril geplaatst. Het complete dashboard is gedemonteerd en gespoten om te matchen met de nieuwe bekleding in de cockpit. Niet alleen is er een High End geluidsinstallatie van Fusion ingebouwd, ook is zowel in de salon als in de master bedroom een flatscreen geplaatst, is de interieurverlichting vervangen door LED en zijn de vloerbedekking en de oven vernieuwd. Op technisch vlak is de lijst met vernieuwingen minstens zo lang, dus al met al een schip dat met recht instap-klaar mag worden genoemd. Inruil bespreekbaar.

Nieuw in de verkoop is deze zeer goed onderhouden IP24 zeilkotter. Deze IP24 zeilkotter, gebouwd in 1978, is een schip met karakter en een unieke lijn. De knusse kajuit en inrichting maken het een uiterst sfeervol schip. In de afgelopen jaren is het schip altijd goed onderhouden. Zo is in 2013 het schip voorzien van een Yanmar 3 cilinder motor met 20 pk, met slechts 730 draaiuren. Ook is het schip onder andere voorzien van een nieuwe start accu en een zonnepaneel. Het schip was tot en met het jaar 2008 een zeilkotter. Daarna is het omgebouwd tot een motorboot. Vrijwel alle onderdelen zijn nog bewaard gebleven, en kunnen indien gewenst opgevraagd worden.
