From the 1st owner an immaculately maintained owners version of a Beneteau 50 from 1998. She is fully equipped and packed with extras that are too many to list. The main difference from the standard version is the placement of the galley in place of the bathroom of the SB aft cabin, creating more space in the saloon and a bigger galley. De Beneteau Monte Carlo 37, aangedreven door twee Volvo Penta D4-260 motoren uit 2008, biedt een harmonieuze combinatie van luxe en functionaliteit. Bij binnenkomst wordt u verwelkomd door een ruime L-vormige bank in de salon, tegenover een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een gasfornuis van ENO met twee pitten, een combi-oven en magnetron van Sharp. De buitenkeuken is voorzien van een handige grill voor het bereiden van maaltijden in de buitenlucht. De eigenaarskajuit bevindt zich voorin de boot en is uitgerust met een comfortabel vrijstaand Frans tweepersoonsbed, terwijl de gastenkajuit achterin twee eenpersoonsbedden biedt. De douche en het toilet zijn samengevoegd in één ruimte en zijn uitgerust met een elektrisch toilet van Jabsco. De koelkasten aan boord bestaat uit een 80-liter model met vriesvak in de salon en een extra 40-liter koelkast in de buitenkeuken. Het interieur is verder voorzien van een efficiënte hete-luchtverwarming die door het gehele schip verspreidt, inclusief onder de kuiptent, voor een aangename temperatuur en binnen heeft de boot ook Airco. Op het voordek is een ruim ligbed aanwezig met vier bekerhouders, perfect voor ontspannen momenten aan boord. Navigatie- en communicatie-apparatuur omvat een Plastimo kompas, een Volvo Penta log/snelheidsmeter, Raymarine E120 dieptemeter en kaartplotter, en een Raymarine ST6002 autopilot, aangevuld met een Raymarine marifoon. Voor entertainment zorgt de Sony radio met speakers.  Recentelijk is het teakwerk vernieuwd in 2021, waardoor de boot in uitstekende staat verkeert.
