The current owner has spared no expense over the past 15 years to keep this Linssen Grand Sturdy 500 Variotop in optimal condition. The boat was fully painted several years ago, a new cable fender was installed and the Variotop's canvas was replaced. The antifouling was newly applied in 2022. The ship naturally has full (navigation) equipment, part of which has been renewed in recent years. A luxurious, elegant and timeless ship, suitable for longer stays on board because of the space and comfort. With the Variotop you can sail under all weather conditions and the ship is of course equipped with double glazing, heating and optimal insulation. With a CE category B (seaworthy up to wind force 8 and a wave height of 4 meters) you have a wide sailing area. The ship has always spent the winter inside. Of course, all work performed including annual maintenance is fully documented.

This by Rego built Barkas is from the first owner and for ease of navigation equipped with a bow and stern thruster. Characteristic features of this Barkas are the large open cockpit, 5 fixed berths, a shower and toilet and a large amount of storage space. The interior has a lot of woodwork.
