The Puffin® 58 Explorer is one of three models in the Puffin series, in addition to the 42 and the 50. All models are available with either a centerboard or fixed keel. This latest generation of Puffins builds on the familiar concept, which has been further developed and refined over the years. We continue to improve the designs by combining proven build quality with the latest technologies. Each Puffin is built like a custom suit. Owners can personalize their yacht extensively, from layout and materials to color schemes, rigging and equipment.
More and more people are dreaming of sailing the northern seas or even heading toward the Arctic. In response to that market demand and direct requests from customers, we have developed the new Puffin® 58 as an Explorer version. The Puffin® 58 Explorer is a robust yacht that can be fully equipped for expeditions in Arctic conditions.
Puffin® yachts are built to the highest quality standards to provide safety and comfort during long sailing trips and life on board. Each Puffin® starts with a standard specification. Fixed features include the bowsprit, window shape, heart-shaped transom and tumble home.
We have developed an interior that can be produced in a smart and efficient way, resulting in a competitive price. Within that concept there remains plenty of room for personal choices in, for example, layout, materials, colors, rigging and technology.
