Description

This liveaboard Dutch Barge has been completely refitted and redecorated by the current owner. The layout has been designed to offer excellent comfort for permanent residence on board, while also being ideally suited for bed & breakfast operations or cruising with guests on the European inland waterways, particularly in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The vendor has successfully operated this concept for many years, even cruising as far as the Canal du Midi in the south of France. The vessel is equipped with, among other things, a spud pole, a Whisper generator set, a reliable main engine and an electrically driven bow thruster, making maneuvering in harbors and locks easy and precise. For guests, there are two cabins available, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The owner?s cabin, also equipped with an en-suite bathroom, is located in the aft cabin. Additionally, there is a spacious storage area that could be converted into an extra cabin if desired. Behind the generous wheelhouse, a comfortable aft deck seating area has been created. In November 2024, the vessel was re-certified, resulting in a renewed certificate valid until November 2031.

Daarbij is een indeling gerealiseerd waardoor het schip zeer geschikt is voor comfortabel permanent verblijf, maar óók uitstekend inzetbaar is voor bed & breakfast-exploitatie of reizen met gasten over de Europese binnenwateren, met name in Frankrijk, België en Nederland. De verkoper heeft dit concept jarenlang succesvol uitgevoerd en is daarbij zelfs tot aan het Canal du Midi in Zuid-Frankrijk gevaren. Het schip is onder andere uitgerust met een spudpaal, een fluister generatorset, een degelijke hoofdmotor en een elektrisch aangedreven boegschroef, wat het manoeuvreren in havens en sluizen vergemakkelijkt. Dieses Fahrendes Wohnschiff wurde vom jetzigen Eigner vollständig neu ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Dabei wurde eine Raumaufteilung geschaffen, die das Schiff ideal für einen komfortablen Daueraufenthalt an Bord macht, aber ebenso hervorragend geeignet ist für Bed & Breakfast-Betrieb sowie für Reisen mit Gästen auf den europäischen Binnenwasserstraßen, insbesondere in Frankreich, Belgien und den Niederlanden. Der Verkäufer hat dieses Konzept viele Jahre erfolgreich betrieben und ist dabei sogar bis zum Canal du Midi in Südfrankreich gefahren.
