!! Sold subject to contract !! This 2004 Fairline Phantom 46 is an original Dutch-delivered vessel that has sailed exclusively on fresh water and is in excellent condition. The yacht is currently in heated winter storage and will soon make the crossing to Kerkdriel, where an extensive photo shoot will be conducted. This lady is 100% seaworthy and available immediately!
The interior has recently been beautifully renovated, with the living room featuring new Alcantara upholstery that creates a warm and contemporary look. Additionally, a custom-made lounge sofa has been installed that fits perfectly into the interior and can easily be swapped with the original arrangement, which is also present, if desired. New screens have been installed on the windows for cooling and privacy.
The ship is excellently maintained, not only visually but also technically, and this maintenance history is made transparent through a generous amount of invoices. The navigation system has been upgraded with modern Simrad equipment, both on board and on the flybridge, for optimal ease of use and safety. Furthermore, the ship is equipped with a dual deck wash system with both low and high-pressure functions.
Much attention has also been paid to safety and comfort. For instance, an alarm system has been installed for protection against burglary, supplemented by a bilge high-water alarm. For relaxation on board, a high-quality Bang & Olufsen sound system is present, connected to the television, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
