Description

This concerns the well-built former Dutch Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) river master vessel ?Oude Maas II?, which has been in use as a motor yacht for many years. The current owner has begun an extensive refit, during which the vessel has partly been stripped. A new Yanmar main engine rated at 243 kW (330 hp) has already been installed (not yet connected) in the now entirely empty engine room, including a new gearbox. The exterior paintwork (and partly inside as well) has recently been carried out to a high professional standard using a two-component coating system. As such, the vessel currently represents a solid and professionally finished hull and superstructure, ready for further completion, including the installation of onboard systems and the creation of a new interior. In the fore ship, a pipe has already been installed to accommodate the future installation of a spud pole. Due to circumstances, the seller is unable to complete the project. In de verder volledig lege machinekamer is inmiddels een nieuwe Yanmar hoofdmotor van 243 kW (330 pk) geplaatst (nog niet aangesloten), inclusief nieuwe koppeling. Het buitenschilderwerk (en deels ook binnen) is recent professioneel en zeer netjes uitgevoerd in een twee-componentensysteem. Hierdoor betreft het thans een degelijk en professioneel afgewerkt casco dat gereed is voor verdere afbouw, waaronder de installatie van techniek en het realiseren van een nieuw interieur. In het voorschip is al een buis aangebracht ten behoeve van de toekomstige plaatsing van een spudpaal. Door omstandigheden is de verkoper niet in staat het project te voltooien. Es handelt sich um das hochwertig gebaute, ehemalige Holländische Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsamt (Rijkswaterstaat) Riviermeesterschiff „Oude Maas II“, das seit vielen Jahren als Motoryacht genutzt wird. Der derzeitige Eigner hat mit einem umfassenden Umbau begonnen, bei dem das Schiff teilweise entkernt wurde. Im nun vollständig leeren Maschinenraum wurde bereits ein neuer Yanmar-Hauptmotor mit 243 kW (330 PS) installiert (noch nicht angeschlossen), inklusive einer neuen Kupplung. Die Außenlackierung (und teilweise auch innen) wurde kürzlich fachgerecht und sehr sorgfältig in einem Zweikomponenten-Lacksystem ausgeführt. Es handelt sich somit um einen soliden und professionell aufgearbeiteten Rumpf, der bereit ist für den weiteren Ausbau, einschließlich der Installation der technischen Anlagen sowie der Realisierung eines neuen Interieurs. Im Vorschiff wurde bereits ein Rohr zur späteren Installation eines Spudpfahls eingebaut. Aufgrund von Umständen ist der Verkäufer nicht in der Lage, das Projekt zu vollenden. Daher suchen wir ein Liebhaber, der dieses besondere Schiff übernimmt und fertigstellt – zu einem Bruchteil der bisher investierten Kosten – und sich damit die Grundlage für eine außergewöhnliche und robuste Motoryacht sichert. Il s'agit de l'ancien navire de la Direction générale néerlandaise des travaux publics et de la gestion de l'eau (Rijkswaterstaat), l'« Oude Maas II », remarquablement construit et utilisé depuis de nombreuses années comme yacht à moteur. Le propriétaire actuel a entrepris une rénovation majeure, au cours de laquelle une partie du navire a été dépouillée. Dans la salle des machines, désormais totalement vide, a déjà été installé un moteur principal Yanmar neuf de 243 kW (330 ch), non encore raccordé, incluant avec une nouvelle boîte de vitesses. La peinture extérieure (et partiellement intérieure) a récemment été réalisée avec un haut niveau de finition professionnelle grâce à un système de revêtement bi-composant. Le navire se présente ainsi aujourd’hui comme un casco solide et professionnellement préparé, prêt pour la poursuite de l’aménagement, incluant l’installation des équipements techniques ainsi que la réalisation d’un nouvel intérieur.
