As a result, she did not enter service until 1993. The ship is owned by the second owner, who acquired it from the first owner after only a few years of sailing. Much of the additional work done on the ship has remained well documented. In 2017, the DAF engine was replaced by a brand-new John Deere 6068 DF-150 with a 6-cylinder, 125 hp engine with only 500 operating hours. The vessel has a joggled hull and is seaworthy.
