From 2015 the Tenderworks team have been building Custom Tenders, high performance Sailing Boats and one off Motorboats. As a testament to timeless styling and superior build quality many tenders launched in the 90’s are still in service with their Superyachts today. Other iconic boats, designed and built by the team, have influenced the direction and style of today’s industry.
Built facility Warmond Holland
Tenderworks has established a purpose built facility in Warmond, Holland. Just 20 minutes from Schiphol and with direct access to the lake, the Tenderworks facility is centred in the heart of the Dutch marine industry.
Aircraft construction
Our vast wooden hanger, originally built for aircraft construction, has been completely refitted with state of the art equipment to create the ultimate boat building cathedral. Its wooden arches span some 30 meters and its unique construction combined with under floor heating and environmental control creates the perfect environment for boat building.

Het gaat hierbij om zeer exclusieve custom-made tenders en chase boats. De werf in Warmond is speciaal ingericht voor het bouwen van deze composietjachten. De tenders en chase boats worden vanaf de tekening helemaal opgebouwd tot oplevering.

Tenderworks is a company, founded in 2015, that specializes in building very exclusive custom-made tenders and chase boats made of composite from 10 to 20 meters for the superyacht industry. An international team is working hard on the construction of the tenders and chase boats. Due to the growing order portfolio, we are looking for a Lead Engineer who will join the team in Warmond.
The yard in Warmond is specially equipped for building these composite yachts. The tenders and chase boats are completely built up from the drawing to completion. As a Lead Engineer you are involved in the constructions of our tenders and chase boats from start to finish.

of the tenders and chase boats. Due to the growing order portfolio, we are looking for a Project Manager who will join the
team in Warmond. As a Project Manager you are involved in the constructions of our tenders and chase boats from start to finish.
