Hallberg-Rassy is een Zweedse werf die zeiljachten bouwt. Het merk is gericht op kwaliteit en robuustheid. De werf heeft zijn eigen manier van het bouwen van zeiljachten. Het interieur is voornamelijk met hout ingetimmerd. De werf bouwt voornamelijk zeiljachten die oceaanwaardig zijn. Goed om te weten dus voor je volgende wereldreis.
De werf heeft een aantal prijswinnende zeiljachten gebouwd. Zo is de 372 Europees jacht van het jaar geweest in de categorie luxe cruiser. Deze comfortabele cruiser heeft daarnaast ook een van de grootste inshore races gewonnen in haar klasse. Comfort zorgt dus niet altijd voor een gebrek aan performance. Dit zeiljacht is oceaanwaardig en zeer geschikt voor een wereldreis.
Hallberg-Rassy 50 en 69
De Hallberg-Rassy 50 is een zeiljacht wat Europees jacht van het jaar is in 2022 in de luxe cruiser categorie. Deze titel betekent dat dit jacht een veelbelovende en interessante nieuwkomer is in zijn klasse. De performance van dit model is van een hoog niveau. Zo is er in het ontwerp gebruik gemaakt van koolstofvezel in bepaalde componenten. Zo is de mast lichter dan bij voorgaande modellen.
Het allernieuwste model is de 69. De werf claimt dat dit het beste model is dat zij gaan bouwen tot nu toe. De boot kan door een ‘familiecrew’ bestuurd worden. Dit wordt gerealiseerd door het Effortless Sailing concept. Dit concept bestaat uit Push Button Sailing, wat eigenlijk de gehele besturing van de boot mogelijk maakt aan de hand van knoppen. De nieuwe Hallberg-Rassy 69 vaart in de winter van 2023/2024 voor het eerst uit.
